What does it do or not do? Do you have pressure? Is the orbit motor leaking or what? Does it have oil in it?

Hard to tell what is wrong with it from your description, "Does not work".

Those system kits used a pump that was kinda like the ones from an old Chev truck; the ones with the tank sittin' on top of the pump? They usually bolted to the governor via a bracket. Is this how yours is?
