H Grasping at straws

Still having trouble getting RPM up to load specs when load is applied. I am still working the previous suggestions.
Here is the grasping at straws part. My carb is a model/part # 50981DC. The parts list and repair instructions show a removable venturi for this carb. Mine does not have a removable venturi. The throat is a straight through (pipe). Same size all the way.

Am I missing something here? Could that contribute to my problem?
