I have found that plain old heat (BernzoMatic) works better than any fluids.You can spray lubes all over the bolt heads and it never seems to seep past the head.(once you get it unscrewed).When a cloud of rust dust puffs out when the heat/air gun works,you'll know that it was the heat/impact that freed it up,not the miracle spray cans.
