I've used at least a dozen products, haven't found any difference.
Heat always works, but heat the bolt etc. not the casting.
Had a coworker in JD dealership heat a block to get a broken oil pressure sender fitting out. Got the fitting out, installed a new fitting and fired her up. Then saw oil comming through the casting, yep, cracked the block. Dealership ate the cost of switching blocks in an 8650, $$$$$$$.
