Hi Paul, The way I see it is you pretty much get what you pay for. I sell a bunch of different kits. I have Basic,Complete Overhaul, Major overhaul, Each one come with a few different parts I have noticed over the years that the tractor supply kits the major one usally come with everything I dont know who makes them. The packing nut barrell thing did not come with my last complete M kit either.A good major overhaul kit will usally run about $60.00 at the dealers after market about half of that price usally but Like I say you get what you pay for. When it comes to throttle shafts if its plastic I throw it away specially if I have a brass one already in the carb. JON
