I noticed that a BWD kit (should be the same as NAPA/Echlin as they are made by the same company) has more gaskets,no packing or throttle shaft (no screws either),but has mixture screws and a strange metal barrel item (maybe to plug the throttle shaft closed end?).So,you could buy 2 kits to really make a complete one.I bought the 2nd kit to have the spare gaskets plus to have and use the new mixture adjusting screws. By the way...the TISCO kit did not come with the governor gasket.Thankfully I could reuse the old one as it was still in good shape.
