Hi CN, No, I'll sure agree with ya. I don't know squat about this stuff. This job is being done by a professional shop that has been in the business for something like 50 years. He's done a bunch of 'em and did this one just like he's always done in the past. He did my 686 the same exact way and you can read a newspaper off it's the reflection in the paint; it is just like a mirror. He told me that he thinks that he got in too big a hurry after the prep process and that the cleaner was still evaporating when he hit it with the gun. I dunno. Sure felt sorry for him; one heck of a lot of work to do it all over again. But, he'll get 'er. He is just as picky as I am. :>) I really like the way he handled those tires. Don't know what his secret is, but they come out lookin' like new and don't have that phoney Armor-All 'blackened' look to 'em. Allan
