Place an ad in the classifieds. To get one rebuilt from Paper pulleys in my opinion is quite pricey, unless you plan on using it a lot. Even though they look pricey on Ebay, it may be the lowest price to go. I do not recall the price they charge, but I think it was pushing $100.00USD to get one rebuilt.
