on the left side where the hose comes out of the regulator-there is a flow divider valve behind that. it should be an E-clip holding it in. take it out and clean-make sure it is working. start tractor for 1 sec to blow the crap out of the regulator( will blow out fast) put it back in and add fluid. should do it. at least thats would i did...yours might be something different. steering motor might be shot
