I'm afraid I'm not much help, but I had to adjust the govenor on
my 7140. Now I think at 2500 RPM the PTO is turning more than
1000, maybe even 1075 or so. Could it be that one of the two
Rpm counters (engine and PTO) are reading wrong? As far as fuel
consumption, a 7130 is almost twice the horse of a 1086. I don't
know too much as I just got my Mag late last summer and
haven't done that much with it
