Hello All You might remember me asking about a month ago about hauling a Super A. most of you recommended having someone do it for me or drive it. Well the tractor needed moved prior to me having time to drive it (weather was ugly and rainy here recently). So Anyway I am having it hauled on a rollback tomorrow. My real questions though stem from a desire to get the tractor running well. At the moment I think the tractor runs OK. It starts easily and seems to run. Although after running it awhile it seems to develop a miss. It also wants to die out when doing what I would think are easy tasks (raising or lowering hydraulics, Even starting out in 1st gear causes a the engine to sort bog down). Can anyone give me some pointers on what exactly to do to these tractors to help them out? I assume change the oil. I have also read about Points? and plugs and wires. Can someone tell me what type of spark plug to use? Also Have read about carb kits. Not sure if I should get one of those or not. Lastly do these tractors need a TUNE up like you get for your car? I realize these questions sound odd to some of you but I really just don't know and am trying to learn. Thanks for any help or suggestions. --
