You left ou the word Sometimes. In my many stuck engine dealings only about 1/8 have easily come unstuck. Remedies come from any penetrating oil to occasionaly some one mentions Coke (cola). Usually it requires a block of wood and a mallet or a press.
A quick comment on your Super C. I bought one that was advertised as stuck. I pulled off the starter and "PRESTO!!!" good engine. Those starters can get in a bind occasionally and give the tractor an appearance of being stuck. Best money I ever speant on that Super C! It is worth a check and see on yours.
