KB is right take the 3 screws out of the top cap and remove then take the little c clips off the throttle shaft inside then pull the shaft out of the pump .You will see a long horizontal spring held by long bolt remove the bolt from the back of the pump pay attention on removeing these parts.Now in the bottom you will see a hole ,with a small light and mirror and haveing someone role the engine over slowly a allen head screw will apear through the hole.When you see it stop turning engine and take the right size allen wrench and turn the screw clockwise probably a quarter turn if your brave bottom it out all the way that would be all the fuel that pump would put out.Now put it back together.
