I had the same problem with my Farmall H. I pulled my oil pan and checked my main bearings. I removed the bearing caps (Make sure they go back in the same way) and used plastigauge to check bearing gaps on crank. My gaps were between .004 to .005. Replaced with .002 oversized bearings and it took care of the problem. I was able to do this all from under the tractor. Not sure if your tractor is setup this way. If you need more help E-mail me.
