Battery Box and Battery Box Anchor Strip

Looking at a picture of the battery box in my parts manual. For the life of me, I can't figure out how this all goes together. My tractor did not have these parts so I am starting from scratch.
Questions: 1. What do the battery support lock bolts mount to? 2. Now how about the anchor strip--what does it mount to?
The plate has three 3/8" holes--two on the left side facing forward and one on the other side.
Oh if I could move Allan,CNKS, El Toro to Houston for a week
