The dealer where we got our 580SM backhoe has to look everything up on paper, another dealer the opposite way about the same distance knows what part your looking for and knows in minutes where you can get one or how long it will take if they actually don't have one. Same way with ford/nh and deere dealers too. Case construction parts are way cheaper than ford too, new windsheild was about $155(with the glue), last time we had our ford backhoe in the shop we told them put a new windsheild in it and they had one cut, said we would kick their (rearends) if we saw the pricetag on one from ford.
