i'm not sure what i ever did to offend you but that doesn't sit well with me. we only know what we've been taught. i was not taught to use the brakes to steer. i was taught to use the brakes to assist with steering when nessecary. i'm not saying that the way i do it is right, just the way i was taught. i have to make do with what i ahve and right now my 766 likes to dance alittle when pulling the disc so rather than relying on my brakes to steer i prefer to hang just enough weight in the front to help control alittle more, and no the disc is not to big. if it is a crime to hang weights on the front for better control then why are there even brackets and weights? we are all here to talk and swap ideas and opinions and to find out how things are done in different parts of this great world and to learn from others what we do not know and can possibly improve on. once again i am sorry for anything i may have said to have deserved that post from you. casey in SD, yes, the guy that wants to hang some weight on the front of his tractor.
