Put a vernier caliper measuring to the shaft...those wear sleeves are paper thin stainless and only cover a small range of measurements.There are page after page of different sizes of sleeves.Get one too small and you will pulverize it tapping it down the shaft,too large and you couldnt get enough Loctite to hold it from spinning freely.
And they arent cheap!
