986 clutch, ta, mcv

I just put a new clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, and front trans seals on my 986. Got it back together and with TA in high when I let out clutch it takes off and after about 1-2 seconds it acts like it takes off faster like its shifting into high in the TA. If I start in Low TA and shift into High it doesn"t do it. It is leaking hydraulic oil from the MCV. Do I need to rebuild the MCV, or does it sound like the TA is going out.
