Will a C-135 head work on a C-123? HELP

Will a 9 bolt C-135 head #366299 with the big valves and
smaller chamber have enough clearence on a SC C-123 with
3.125 step head pistons? Will the C-123 rocker assembly & push
rods work? Will the C123 exaugst work? Will the
increased compression make it more tempermental? I'm not
making a puller. Thanks for any help MM
