A Woods dealer can tell you if they make an attachment kit for your mower to mount it on a cub. Most rotary mowers used with a cub are driven with a 7 or 8 inch drive pulley. The typical Woods mowers used with a cub are either the 42C or the L59. Don't know if a 348 will fit or not. You might check the link for a look at manuals and mounting for these two mowers.
