Thank you, folks. Rocker arm holders were wrong, my fault. Going to change them tomorrow. Do they go between 1 and 2 and 5 and 6? I checked the shop manual but it didnt mention it. Cam is right (or it should be, I didnt pull it. Just did an in frame, sleeve and piston replacement plus front main seal and a head rebuild.

Found some other goodies too. #3 cylinder still clean and pretty, oops. Injector must be bad. Head gasket blowing on 5 (grumbles).
