Servicing IH model 600D

I am servicing my International 600 diesel and would like to change the oil in the steering gear that the steering column goes into. It sets on top of the tranny, but I cannot find anyplace to drain it from. Does anyone know where the drain plug is or do I just have to suck the oil out? Thanks, Richard.
