I think that Hugh was on the right track as far as checking with your unenployment office for hired help. I am in the process of expanding my buisness. I have to quadrouple(sp) the size of my buisness in the next 90-120 days to fulfill a new contract. I will end up going thru at least 40 - 50 people before I find the 12 or so I will need. Most of them won't make it thru the first week. Keep up hope and always go with your first basic gut instinct. Even if they have no experiance go with your gut. Matt
