B Farmall... Cultivision?

I'm restoring a 1946 B Farmall with my cousin and I have a couple questions regarding cultivision. the seat is offset to the right side of the tractor, which makes me think that it is considered a cultivision model. I don't know though, and I can't find any cultivision decals, etc. on it. Is there anything else I can look at to find out? Also, what's the difference between a "B" and a "BN," because this tractor is a B with a narrow front, but it's got B decals on it. Any help is greatly appreciated!
