I think you should pull the engine after reading your previous post on the pistons. Cam bearings
are very important for good oil pressure. Take the block and have it degreased and new cam bearings installed. Your crankshaft needs to be measured and the head should be refurbished.
You need to inspect the camshaft for worn lobes.
