pto dripping fluid. Where do I ad and check level

I have a 1945 farmall h and have fluid dripping from the pto. I assume it is gear oil. I also believe that just below my seat is where I ad oil but I am unsure as to where I check the level to make sure it is full? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Troy
