Ramon: Probably all you have is starter lock. Many Farmalls have run for years after this first happened. 40-50 years ago 3/4 wrench was standard eqipment, at least from farmers point of view. Those gears will look chewed some 6 months after new, don't get excited about new ones just yet. While you have the starter off the tractor, why not check the starter switch. That could also be your problem rather than the starter being locked. Just remove the two screws that hold switch to top of starter, be careful not to loose two plastic triangle shaped shields. The brass contacts inside that switch may be worn down from years of making contact. Some people have had good luck rebuilding them up with solder. A new switch is quite reasonable in price. Last one I bought was under $20., less than ten years ago.
