I was talking to our parts manager one day about how their board meeting went(parts managers from many other Case IH dealers). He said that there seems to be progress in getting a lot of parts related issues straightened out. The interesting thing was that they talked about was Case IH having its own parts web site were anybody can look up there own part, get the part #, and it would have a dealer locator find you the the closest dealer and check on the part. There's a lot of work that would have to go into this set up but it sure would work good for the guy thats 50,100, or more miles away to check on availabilty and price so they don't waste a trip. I hope that this does go into effect but they have to get the bugs worked out of Support Pro II so its more user friendly to find stuff before they would turn it loose on the public.
