From all the pictures of restored Farmall M's that I've seen have silver wheels. Dupont, Martin-Senour and PPG have color charts and may have the silver color number for your Farmall.
I would use acrylic enamel with hardener and you need to use a supplied air system when spraying.
You do not want to inhale this.

I've even used paint that was mismatched when they
were mixing the paint at the store. Silver is silver and I doubt if anyone could tell the difference. A lot cheaper too in price.
