Yes there is, the tractors that came from the factory without the belly pump had one to cover up the hole. It's called "clutch housing cover" in the M parts book, part #8027D. I put one on my MD since it had live hydraulics instead of a belly pump. I got it from Steel Wheel Ranch if I remember correctly.
