Need some advice/Help 1964 806 Gas: I've had the tractor 5-6 years. The Ta has always been unwilling to go into high till I run the engine up to 2000-2500 rpm then it would shift suddenly, after that, it would work fine all day long. it has never slipped, always a crisp shift into high range. I pull a 5 bottom plow and a 14' disk. The brakes and steering have always worked fine. the oil and filter have been changed. the light works properly altho it will glow when it is put into high range and it hasen't "kicked in" for the first time, indicating low pressure. New problem: several times today while working it, when I dropped it down into low range(pulled TA) it kinda went into a "netural" then "bang" it was in low range. I'm thinking possibly I have a MCV problem rather than a ta problem?????? or do I have a seal problem in the ta clutch apply package??? that is progressivly getting worse?? any ideas from the experts??? I really don't want to split her and replace the TA and not need to, or worse, not solve the problem! that is alot of work for an ol'Boy like me. Thanks in advance, ol'George
