Well the first place to start looking is in the brake . If the adjusters are working and nothing is wore out or broken then the next place to look is in the MCV as that is where the hdy. oil comes from . And since it is a 1206 and it ain't no spring chicken then it could be a week pump , low pressure stuck or sticky valve leaking gskts seeping o/ring week springs . Also try to bleed the brakes by opening the bleedeson at a time and hold that brake pedal down till fluid comes out then close the bleeder while the pedal is down and fluid is still running. Get a IT manual and read up on it .
