Gear 656 power steering

I took the 656 out of the shed for the first time this spring. The power steering sounds like it has air in it, I turned it lock to lock with the throttle half open,it seemed to smooth out but after running it for 20 minutes the Itermitant air sounds still there at idle. It has made this noise for the last 10 years after the tractor has set for a month but it always stopped after a few minutes,Is there any way to vent the oil cooler or do you guys think it is something else. need some help on this one, Thanks
