I’m not sure what type of vibration you have but a couple things come to mind. Tires will get a flat spot on them when they set for a while, but they get round again after they run for a while. The band type brakes like the H and M had are noted to “chatter” or vibrate if they get transmission oil on them that gets stiff over time. The bull pinion (the shaft the drum is on) seal may have been weeping before it was parked and over time the grease dripped onto the brake band. This could be your problem and if it is you can get by with disassembling the brake and using brake cleaner to clean up the surfaces of the band and drum. This is not the best way (which would be to replace the band) but unless you operate on extremely hilly terrain or plan to do a lot of high speed stopping will get you by.
