I use my Super A as a mower for my big yard too and I love it. Really has a tight turning radius that's even better than some of the so-called yard tractor lawnmowers that are built for the purpose. Not much in the way of dos and don'ts really, it's just like any other tractor. Check the oil before you fire her up and make sure you keep the belts tight. You'll want to run in 2nd gear full throttle for mowing - I think 3rd gear is too fast. Also, I switched to turf tires on the rear and implement tires on the front so as not to tear things up too badly. If you need help with the mower hook-up, I have pics I can send you. Good luck!
