Hi Josh, My manual only shows 2 bolts on that oil
pump flange. You may need to tap the pump with a rubber mallet. Make sure there isn't another
bolt in that flange covered with sludge. That's where they secure the pump to the block. The pump is probably just stuck where it slides up into the block from sludge and varnish. It's raining here this morning, we were needing it. Hal
