I also came up with a National part number in case someone in the future is searching trying to find info. CR number should be 13602 National number 472287, dimensions - 1.375 ID, 2.106 OD, and seal width is .312. No one had one in stock but the local auto parts store said they can have me one in the morning. Good idea about using the silicone to seal between the sleeve and shaft - I will try that although I will be happy with anything better than the oil slinging mess I have now. The old seal is completely shot and is basically running out when the PTO is on. Thanks again for everyones help.
