Jan, the W30's that came to Australia had the handbrake internal. By that I mean the wheel that the handbrake band contracted on to was inside the final drive housing. I just thought all W30's were the same but if not I'd like to know what age yours is or if other people have W30's with external handbrake. If yours is internal, renewing the band will be self explanetary after you get in there. Regards, Redfan.
