Do I have an H head gasket problem??

I notice oil comming from (I think) from the Head Gasket of my Farmall H. It is wet near the back of the engine to around plug #4. It looks like oil is comming out from the head gasket . I think my head gasket is metal on both sides. It looks to be comming out of the gasket material part. Are there any oil passages near the back of the engine to around the #4 plug? I also use to spray my tractor engine pretty good with WD40 every year it was not used and stored in a shed, could this oil be WD40 working its self out of the gasket when the engine gets hot? Thanks!!
