There should be linkages running up from the PTO unit to a lever around the operator area. Look around, it's got to be there. I've got the manual for this one at home. I'll check. Which "big lever" on the left? There's a TA lever up front which controls the torque amplifier, and from Nebraska Cowman's picture in another thread, it appears the depth control for the fast hitch is on the left side next to the fender. That's used for plowing, controlling the depth of the plow. Tractors of this era usually had three sets of hydraulic outlets. Two for remote hydraulic cylinders, one for the FAST HITCH. The levers are all situated to the right of the seat. I believe the outlets are up underneath the hood on either side... They might be capped off. If so you'll need to buy some female hydraulic couplers and install them. That box is probably the voltage regulator.
