Hi Clark2, when was the last time the clutch and pressure plate were changed on the 674? The reason I ask is that the PTO shaft is driven by the pressure plate. It is a splined shafted that goes into spline teeth in the pressure plate. The pressure plate is a softer material than the PTO shaft and the teeth wear off the pressure plate. The PTO shaft from the pressure plate drives the T/A pump, the hydraulic pump and the input to the the PTO clutch, so if the PTO shaft stops turnning the hydraulics stop. There is an inspection plate on the bottom of the bell howsing, I can't remember is you can see much for the clutch release bearing is in the way. The outer splined shaft is the PTO drive shaft and the transmission shaft runs in the center of the PTO shaft. Please update us with the fix once you find the problem. JB2
