IH 350 - decent buy?

Howdy, I need a tractor to mainly mow my 10 acres. The land isn't current in hay, just weeds, but I need to keep them down. I also will use it to do normal round the property things. I've been considering Ford 8N, MF 35 and smaller Farmalls. However, I've come across a International 350 with loader for $1500 in decent usable condition (see attached photo). Here's how ignorant I am: I assume this is suitable for pulling a brush hog or similar? If I go look at it, what should I be running away from? I don't mind eventually restoring it but it will need to earn its keep in the short-term. Thanks for any info.
