I have a buddy with a 1940 H that came on steel and was converted many, many moons ago to 36" rubber. He can get it into a 3500lb class pulling, and he is a big dude. Pulls well in 3rd and 4th gear. Doesn't give more power, but does increase pull by increased gearing, which is what you are really asking about. What are the actual axle diameters for H's and C's? I know where there is a 504 on 36's. I think you guys need to read some parts books.
