hydraulic cyclinders for farmalls

My M has no PTO, hydraulic cylinders, nor a 2 or 3-pt hitch. I am considering trying to assemble all of the above items - if I can locate them - as the tractor can with nothing else but a drawbar. I have a 'parts manual' but would like to know what exactly I may need to make it all happen. I've seen some hydraulic cylinders posted on ebay for Farmall. Are there specific ones used on the M? I'd like the 3"x8" so I can get a three pt. Would those work? Also, I can find a pto shaft but it hardly seems complete. What else do I need. I have some roadside mowing and dirt road grading I'd like to do in the not to distant future. All comments welcome.
