Hi Brian, Heck no, ya ain't bein' nosey at all. 3 other farms to be exact tied up and locked in a trust. When I went broke they were all leased out to local farmers. The tenants have been there for some 20 odd years and they are actively making their livelihood from farming using these places as part of their overall operations. Damned good men, too. Now, I watched my dad loose two places because of landlords "wanting it back" back in the 60s. I would never, ever put another human being thru that. These men are making their living from these farms and ya just don't mess with another man's livelihood. Since I just wanna go out, scratch around and play in the dirt; don't give a hoot if it makes money or not because we have other business interests. So, bottom line is, since we are fortunate enough to have the means to do it and don't have to rely upon the farming game to make a living, it is just easier for us to just go pick up another farm. Besides, we feel that farmground is a darned good investment over the long haul. However, if these men should decide that they don't want the places, I'd sure farm 'em again, but that would have to be their choice, not mine. PS, We've all decided to have this get-together at your house, okay? :>) Allan
