INTERNATIONAL CUB LO BOY 154

I AM LOOKING FOR INFORMATION ON THE HYDROLIC SYSTEM ON MY 154 LOBOY. THE GUY I BOUGHT THE TRACTOR FROM BLEW THE HYDROLIC HOSE FOR THE MOWER DECK. I HAVE SINCE REPLACED THE HOSE AND A FITTING TO THE VALVES BUT CANNOT GET THE ANY FLUID TO THE CYLINDER. I HAVE GONE SO FAR AS TO TAKE OFF THE AN END CAP TO SEE IF ANY FLUID WOULD COME OUT.I HAVE ALSO PUT ROUGHLY 1.5 GALLONS OF FLUID INTO THE REAR END.ANY ADVISE GIVEN WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS
