BN rocker arms

Got my rocker arms and all put back together. Got all of the oiling holes lined up in shaft, but got to looking and how does it get oil? The center "tower" has an oil hole drilled in the bottom next to a stud, but there is no hole in the head anywhere. Does it get oil in the small hole drilled in the top of each rocker arm? Thanks, I'm puzzled.
