The MCV is on the side of the speed trans clutch housing And has all them 1/2 inches headed boltsand a couple lines and some linkage . Now this is not something that a novice should get into as there are springs, valves, o.rings , and gskts that have to match what came out . And since you have had this tractor apart somany times loard knowes what all you have done . Have you ever looked at the splines on the inputs for both the transmission and PTO and the end of the pressure plate and loard knows how you slide it back together you could have damaged the pressure plate or clutch disk . When done correctly they just slide together and if you have to pull them together then you are doing something wrong. If the steering worked before you screwed with it then you done shot yourself in the foot as something is messed up and setting here i have know idea just what it is . Take some pictures of it all apart and all the pices and parts and maybe i can help.
