If you decide to sell,how can you get a decent price for it with structural problems like that? Usually when that happens,one has to give it away for a song,or has to keep it and fix it best as possible.Its like selling an old car with a rusty frame.Cant get $1500-2000 with something in that situation.One either trys to have it fixed and accepts that it isnt perfect,or else they wash their hands and EBAY it for a low starting price.
